Shipping policy

Boardgames4us.ca is a Canadian ecommerce website that operates solely in Canada and does not ship outside of Canada. It complies with Canadian laws including sales taxes.

We also accept pickup orders from our Calgary, Alberta area at our retail store which you can access at: boardgames4us.store 

The product selection will be different from this ecommerce website as it serves local customers and that allows for retail purchases of products that are not suitable for ecommerce or shipping. We may be able to make some exceptions to process some orders requiring shipping, but the shipping rates and policies will not match the ecommerce site. We can advise what shipping costs and timeframes for those orders.

At this time, only standard (non-express) shipments are supported. Those will usually ship within 3 to 5 business days and deliver to urban (non-remote) locations in Canada within 4 to 10 business days and to rural (including remote) locations in Canada within 10 to 30 days (depending on time of year and the remoteness of location) which can accept delivery from Canada Post or other common carriers, like Fedex, UPS, and DHL). PO Box locations will ONLY be delivered by Canada Post. Where there is a PO Box AND a street address, please include both so that we can select the best carrier.

At this time, we do have a flat rate shipping rate of $14.99 for most shipments. That rate will only apply to urban Canadian addresses with some remote or rural addresses seeing shipping rates that are more in line with the actual cost. That may be a more likely situation for addresses in Northern locations in most provinces or territories.

There may also be periodic Free Shipping special offers available for larger, higher value orders to those urban locations.
